OLYMPIA BEGINNER HOUSING     HOUSING LIST: SPREADSHEET CURRENT REGISTRATION: JULY 2017 ALL NEW PLAYERS MUST POST. All housing updates will be found in the El Nysa OOC Community under the tag !housing. Each rooming assignment is not exactly the same in appearance. The district itself is a hodge-podge of different styles and different sizes all built close to and even on top of each other. The best words for it are cramped and a little unsanitary. But it's to be expected when it's where all the immigrants come in and it is dirt cheap. But for now it's adequate and it's free. Regardless of how many people are in your room the facilities in each are the same: A small kitchen. A communal living area. Two (2) bedroom areas with a single bathroom. Each bedroom hosts a bed and dresser, per person in it. The houses are furnished but sparsely so. Similar to a college dorm it's simply what you need and not what you want. There is (surprisingly!) running/heated water. You will also be provided a stove and a regular sized refrigerator. Please note that all living quarters are open concept and this includes bedroom areas as well! For ease of reference houses are in sets of 20. Evens are in the left side of the street, odds on the right. For example, 2 will be right next to 4, but if this is adjacent or a floor above is up to you! Whatever makes it more fun for you guys. HOW IT WORKS     Your character will be allowed to stay in these houses for their first application cycle. They will be expected to secure another place for them to stay during their first few weeks. When the next batch of newcomers arrive they will be kicked out regardless of if they planned to or not. Housing is generally randomized and unisex. This does not mean you are unable to plan housing with other. OOCly you are allowed to freely plan who you want to stay with. That said, if you would like to be randomized you will be able to do so in the CURRENT MONTH'S rooming post listed above. You will be able to ask for a singular roommate upwards to three. This also includes unisex or samesex options. To the best of my abilities I will listen to any other requests, such as neighbors or character ages. The neighbors one is the trickiest and please understand it may not be possible! Any discomforts you have either ICly or OOCly will be taken into account even if it's, "I don't want to live with a vampire!"
